Deposits

Your appointment requires a nonrefundable deposit that will be applied directly to the cost of your tattoo. We understand that things come up, so we offer one complimentary reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Should you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations or no-shows.

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at our studio. A valid, government-issued photo ID is strictly required from all clients, without exception. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Driver's License

• State-Issued ID Card

• Passport

To ensure a comfortable and productive environment for all clients and artists, we kindly ask you to observe the following shop etiquette:

• Punctuality: If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please call us immediately. Significant delays may require rescheduling and could result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Hygiene: Please arrive to your appointment showered and with the area to be tattooed clean.

• No Outside Numbing Cream: We do not permit the use of personal numbing creams applied prior to your appointment. These products can affect skin texture, elasticity, and the tattooing process, potentially compromising the quality of your tattoo and the healing process. Your artist will discuss pain management and breaks with you during your session.

• Food & Drink: Water bottles with secure lids are welcome. Please refrain from bringing large meals or strong-smelling foods into the studio.

• Respectful Conduct: Please treat our artists, staff, and other clients with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your session.

• During Your Session: We encourage communication with your artist. Feel free to ask for breaks as needed. Please remain as still as possible during the tattooing process.
